Douglas Elliman Development Marketing Announces 180 Water In NYC's Financial District Is 95% Leased

Douglas Elliman Development Marketing has announced that 180 Water, the 573-Residence new luxury rental building in Manhattan's Financial District is nearly 95% leased just 12 months after the launch of leasing. 180 Water was developed by Metro Loft and designed by CetraRuddy. The tower rises 29-stories and units range from studios to 3-bedrooms featuring 10' ceilings and oversized picture frame windows highlight the high-quality design, including glass showers, stripped wood flooring and kitchens with marble counters and custom-paneled appliances. Amenities include, a dramatic 18’ lobby with striking fireplace, 180 Club & Concierge, 24-hour concierge and valet service, beautiful rooftop pool, rooftop green lawn, wrap-around rooftop terraces with bbq grills, residents’ lounge, reservable entertaining kitchen and dining room, gaming area, bike storage, Techno-Gym outfitted fitness center and yoga studio featuring panoramic views of lower Manhattan and beyond. Current availibility starts at 1-bedroom units as stuidos are fully rented with pricing starting at $3,740 net.
