The Durst Organization Releases New Renderings Of 10 Halletts Point At Halletts Point Megaproject in Astoria

The Durst Organization has released new renderings of 10 Halletts Point, the new 405 unit rental building which will be the first to open at the 7 building Halletts Point megaproject in Astoria. Designed by Dattner Architects, 10 Halletts Point features studios, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments spread over 2 towers. The building includes over 25,000 SF of amenities including a fitness center with yoga studio, resident's lounge, children's playroom, attended parking garage, two outdoor terraces, an outdoor sun lounge with barbecues and dining areas. At the base will be a 25,000 SF Brooklyn Harvest Market. Halletts Point, which is being developed by The Durst Organization, will feature over 2,000 apartments spread across seven buildings, a waterfront park and school.
