The Studio Gang-Designed, High Line Hugging 40 Tenth Avenue Tops Out

40 Tenth Avenue, the High Line hugging, Studio Gang-designed office building has topped off at 10-stories on Tenth Avenue between 13th and 14th Streets. The project has been known infamously as the Solar Carve and features 139,000 SF of commercial space including 40,000 SF of retail, a 10,000 SF shared roof deck, and an 8,000 SF 2nd floor terrace.

40 Tenth Avenue is being developed by Aurora Capital. Cushman & Wakefield is exclusively leading sales and marketing. Construction is expected to be completed by March 2019.
