Extell Reveals The Swankiest Amenities In The East Village At Their Newest Luxury Rental, EVGB

Extell Development, the firm behind the skyline changing One57, has revealed their new, swanky amenities at their new East Village luxury rental project, EVGB. EVGB delivers top class, indoor and outdoor amenities designed by McGinley Design designed to elevate resident's lives. The indoor amenities include a two-level comprehensive fitness center, a saltwater lap swimming pool equipped with a steam room, a resident's lounge with seating areas, a kitchen and bar, a children's playroom and a fully-attended lobby and concierge. EVGB also offers a 19,000 SF foot highly-programmed rooftop featuring breathtaking views of the downtown Manhattan skyline. The space includes an al fresco dining area with grilling stations, fire pits, wet bar, bocce court, putting green, yoga and HIIT workout area, and an outdoor shower.

EVGB  is located at 510 East 14th Street and offers the opportunity to live in a new, modern building with luxury condo-level finishes and features in one of New York's most beloved neighborhoods. The building features 110 luxury rentals ranging from studio lofts to three-bedroom residences with monthly rental pricing starting at $3,695 for loft units.
