Check Out The New Renderings Of 1 River Park Designed By FXCollaborative In Cobble Hill, Brooklyn

Fortis Property Group's 1 River Park, part of the River Park mega-project conversion of the former Long Island College Hospital's campus in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn has revealed new renderings of the FXCollaborative designed condo building. 1 River Park will rise 15-stories and offer 48 condominium residences. One of the key features of the project will be the outdoor space, with balconies that can range up to 300 SF. 

River Park will also feature a 2 River Park, a 440' condo tower; 5 River Park, a 15-story condo building; Polhemus Townhouses, a collection of 8 townhomes; and, the condo conversion of the landmarked Polhemus building. The River Park mega-project is being developed by Fortis Property Group.
