The Renzo Piano Building Workshop-Designed 565 Broome Soho Reveals $40.5 Million Penthouse

565 Broome Soho, Renzo Piano Building Workshop's first residential building in New York City, has revealed a stunning duplex penthouse asking $40.5 million. The northern exposure residence is the first penthouse in the building to hit the market and will offer interiors by Parisian firm Rena Dumas Architecture Interieure.

The residences features two floors and a roof deck, offering 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms spread over 6,655 SF. The 4 en-suite bedrooms are located on the upper level, while downstairs a offers a double height great room with floor to ceiling windows, two terraces, a study, and a chef's kitchen with integrated Miele appliances. The massive master bedroom has two walk-in closets and a master bath with soak-in tub and radiant heated flooring. Above the bedrooms sits a 2,500 SF private roof deck complete with a 20' heated swimming pool. The residences offers private elevator access. 

565 Broome Soho is being developed by Bizzi & Partners Development, Aronov Development, and Halpern Real Estate Ventures. Sales launched in September 2016 and topped out in November 2017. Construction is expected to be completed in late 2018. Current availability starts at $2.075 million.
