The residence, which is comprised of two combined units, spans over 11,000 SF spread over 7 bedrooms and 8+ bathrooms with over 4,000 SF of outdoor space. Other features at the high-design residence include 2 private elevators, an upper and lower rooftop terrace, an enclosed rooftop pavilion, home theater, library, chef’s kitchen, a secondary kitchen, and an architectural spiral staircase. The listing follows the record-breaking sale of a penthouse at the nearby Getty for $59 million. The residence is the largest indoor-outdoor home ever to hit the market in Chelsea. 520 West 28th Street Penthouse is currently listed for $58,500,000 with Corcoran Group.
