The 18-story mixed-use project known as The Lively at 321 Warren Street has topped off in Downtown Jersey City. The Fogarty Finger Architecture-designed building, which is being developed by LMC, is expected to be completed this Summer 2019 after breaking ground in June 2018. The Lively features 180 apartments, 1,343 SF of ground-floor retail and a 14,200 SF theater. Apartments range from studio to 3-bedroom floor plans and will come complete with wood-plank flooring, Caesar stone countertops and backsplashes along with custom lighting fixtures and closets. There will also be penthouse units which will feature double height ceilings. Amenities include a 24-hour concierge, fitness center with a flex fitness studio, resident lounge, library, demonstration kitchen, dog run, children’s playroom, and a roof deck lounge with a pool, barbecue grills, and fireplace. The theater space will be operated by Nimbus Dance Works and a Lackawanna Coffee will open in the retail component.
