Level One Holdings Reveals 10 Lenox Designed By Issac & Stern In Harlem

Level One Holdings Reveals 10 Lenox Designed By Issac & Stern In Harlem

February 5, 2019

Level One Holdings has revealed 10 Lenox, their new collection of 29 designer residences in Harlem. The project is designed by Issac & Stern Architects with interiors by Fogarty Finger Architects and will introduce an elevated design aesthetic to the surrounding neighborhood. The design team was inspired by classic New York apartments and created modern and timeless residences as a complement to modern living. The boutique condo building is located on the corner of Lenox Avenue and West 111th St and one block from Central Park. Construction is currently underway and is expected to be completed this Spring 2019.

10 Lenox will rise 8-stories and will feature residences ranging from studios to 3-bedroom floor plans. Amenities include an expansive Rooftop Lounge with BBQ, dining and lounge seating areas, fitness room, children’s playroom, private rooftop cabanas, and stunning treetop views from its shared rooftop amenity space and uppermost floor residences.

The project is positioned to exceed the median pricing for Harlem, with residences’ pricing expected to start from around $600,000. Halstead Property Development Marketing’s The Aguayo Team is the exclusive marketing and sales firm for the project.

“10 Lenox fills an important gap in the market,” says Brendan Aguayo, head of The Aguayo Team and Senior Vice President, Managing Director, Halstead Property Development Marketing.
