111 Varick in Hudson Square is nearly complete with leasing launching later this Fall and a teaser website finally live. This residential building is S9 Architecture’s most recent project combining industrial architecture with a classic contemporary twist. The tower will be 30-stories high and feature 100 highly elevated rental apartments.
The building offers residents unobstructed views of the Manhattan skyline and the Hudson River. Interiors including the lobby and amenities are designed by Chris Shao Studio, who was recently featured in Architectural Digest. The building has many COVID-safe outdoor amenities that are all the current rage. Outdoor amenities include a landscaped rooftop terrace, bbq station and open-air movie theatre. The building also has a fitness center, club lounge, pool table, children’s playroom and 24-hour doorman.
Hudson Square is an up and coming neighborhood in lower Manhattan within walking distance of SoHo and Tribeca. Major corporate headquarters, including Google and Disney, are under construction in the area. The building is located at 111 Varick Street. Studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom luxury apartments will be available for lease starting at $4,000/month exclusively with Compass Development Marketing Group.
