The first batch of leasing is now available with additional apartments to go live on the development’s website in the future. 111 Varick in Hudson Square is nearly complete with leasing launching later this Fall and a teaser website finally live. This residential building is S9 Architecture’s most recent project combining industrial architecture with a classic contemporary twist. The tower will be 27-stories high and feature 100 highly elevated rental apartments.
