Touted as New York City’s tallest all-electric structure, the 60-story skyscraper soars to 1,389 feet and delivers a staggering 2.5 million square feet of sophisticated office space designed for up to 15,000 employees. Developed by Tishman Speyer and conceived by esteemed architect Norman Foster of Foster + Partners, the building is set to be a game-changer in the realm of modern workplaces.
The ambitious design seeks to create a more inviting and health-conscious work environment, boasting a health and wellness center equipped with fitness amenities, on-site physical therapy, and dedicated spaces for meditation and prayer. As part of its commitment to employee satisfaction, the new headquarters also houses 19 restaurants, including options for table service and the convenience of desk-side meal delivery.
