The Moxy Hotel is opening a second location less than a year after opening their first NYC location, Moxy Hotel Times Square located at 485 Seventh Avenue, in 2017. The Financial District outpost will featured 298 rooms and will be located at 26 Ann Street, developed by Mark Grodan and Tribeca Associates.
