Silverstein Properties has revealed The Avenir, a $7-billion-dollar development that aims to reshape the Far West Side of Manhattan in partnership Rush Street Gaming and Greenwood Gaming. Planned for 41st Street and 11th Avenue, the project will rise 45 stories, 785’, and bring together a mix of hospitality, dining, culture, and entertainment in one destination.
