Demolition is underway on Billionaires’ Row at at 41-47 West 57th Street in Midtown, Manhattan for Sodesco’s new 63-story mixed-use supertall skyscraper designed by OMA Architects. The 1,100-foot tower will feature 119 luxury condominium units averaging 1,992 square feet, a 158-room hotel, and a 10,212-square-foot restaurant.
