Explore The Newly Revealed Amenities At The Rafael Viñoly-Designed 125 Greenwich Street

November 30, 2017

Global real estate firm Bizzi & Partners Development has unveiled the amenities at 125 Greenwich Street, their new 88-story, 912'-tall luxury condominium skyscraper with architecture by the world-renowned architect Rafael Viñoly, the legendary designer of 432 Park Avenue. Located at the crown of the building, the space is dedicated to lifestyle and wellness amenities with sweeping skyline and water views. Amenities include a 50' lap pool, spa with sauna and steam room, fitness center including private training room and yoga studio, private dining and event space, and a screening room. 125 Greenwich Street's interiors are designed by critically acclaimed British designers March & White, who are behind the designs for some of London's most elite private clubs including The Arts Club and Devonshire Club. They carry this experience throughout 125 Greenwich Street to help maximize space, create a sense of calm, and create the feel of an exclusive members-only club in the amenities space on the top floors of the tower.

“125 Greenwich Street is the new model for Downtown New York living. The collaboration between Rafael Viñoly and March & White is a lesson in exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and artful design. Luxurious amenities like the yoga studio, lap pool, and spa on the top three floors of the building produce an exclusive private club experience. All of this will offer residents a distinct cosmopolitan lifestyle that can only be found in New York," says Davide Bizzi, Chief Executive Officer of Bizzi & Partners Development

“125 Greenwich offered us the opportunity to reimagine luxury living at the highest level. Our collective experience in designing luxury spaces from the world’s most formidable superyachts, to exclusive private members clubs and private homes, allowed us to bring a fresh design approach to the interiors of the building. Our palates were inspired by the exceptional views, the millwork detailing was inspired by yachting and automotive design, and the lobby and amenity spaces by the social spaces and warmth found in private members clubs. When combined, these elements create a truly unique living environment," explains Elliot March, Co-Founder, March & White.
