125 Greenwich Street, Bizzi & Partners Development new Rafael Viñoly-designed, 88-story, 912' luxury condominium skyscraper has officially passed the halfway mark of vertical rise after construction teams passed the 45th floor. Construction is currently on pace to finish next fall (2019).
