Extell's EVGB, "East Village's Greatest Building," Already 50% Leased

Extell's EVGB, "East Village's Greatest Building," Already 50% Leased

June 12, 2018

Extell's EVGB, "East Village's Greatest Building," is already reportedly 50% leased less than 45 days after launching leasing. EVGB is recognized as the most amenitized luxury rental building in the East Village and features 109 luxury rental units with pricing starting at $3,685 for lofts and range up to $12,912 for the largest 3 bedroom residences.

“EVGB has been well received by the market because it offers a lifestyle and product not currently available anywhere else in the East Village,” said Elysa Goldman, Vice President at Extell Development Company. “The homes feature gracious layouts, high-quality finishes, and forward-thinking technological elements that were designed to the caliber of a luxury condo product, but offer the flexibility of a rental.”

Residences range from lofts to 3-bedroom layouts and feature generous floor plans, state-of-the-art kitchens, large bathrooms, private outdoor spaces, walk-in closets and in-unit washer & dryer. EVGB also offers a suite of indoor and outdoor amenities designed by McGinley Design. The indoor amenities include a two-level comprehensive fitness center, a saltwater lap swimming pool equipped with a steam room, a resident's lounge with seating areas, a kitchen and bar, a children's playroom and a fully-attended lobby and concierge. EVGB also offers a 19,000 SF foot highly-programmed rooftop featuring breathtaking views of the downtown Manhattan skyline. The space includes an al fresco dining area with grilling stations, fire pits, wet bar, bocce court, putting green, yoga and HIIT workout area, and an outdoor shower.
