Construction On The Rafael Viñoly Designed 125 Greenwich Street Passes The Halfway Mark

125 Greenwich Street, Bizzi & Partners Development new Rafael Viñoly-designed, 88-story, 912' luxury condominium skyscraper has officially passed the halfway mark of vertical rise after construction teams passed the 45th floor. Construction is currently on pace to finish next fall (2019). 125 Greenwich Street features interiors by acclaimed British duo March & White which are styled to evoke feelings of luxury yachts to maximize space. The tower will feature 273 condo units which will range from studios to 3-bedrooms condo residences and start at $1.275 million. The top 3 floors will feature lifestyle and wellness amenities including a 50' lap pool, spa with sauna and steam room, fitness center including private training room and yoga studio, private dining and event space, and a screening room.
