VU Condo Development Launches Sales, Designed By Paris Forino And SLCE Architects

Yesterday Minrav Development announced sales launched for a new 100-unit condominium in Manhattan named VU, fully unveiling the development for the first time. Paris Forino designed the interiors to compliment panoramic views of New York City along with amenity spaces. SLCE Architects designed the exterior architecture which is about 145,000 sq.ft. and designed to meet LEED certification. VU is located on 3rd Avenue boarding NoMad, Flatiron, Gramercy and Kips Bay neighborhood.

VU is 36-stories tall and features studios to three-bedroom condos. Duplex Penthouses are also available with outdoor terraces that crown the building. Most residences offer views of the Manhattan skyline and the East River. Pricing ranges from $829,000 for a studio and $2.999 for 3-bedrooms. VU also features a full floor of amenities dedicated to health and wellness. Amenities include residents’ lounge, media room, fitness and training center, quiet room for stretching and landscaped rooftop terrace.

VU is located at 368 Third Avenue, between 26th and 27th Street. Brown Harris Stevens Development Marketing is exclusively handling sales and there is a new sales gallery open to tour.
