262 Fifth Avenue will feature 26 luxury residences. The design of the tower incorporates "shelf-like" apartments that provide open floor plans and unparalleled views of the Manhattan skyline. The residences will range in size from full-floor apartments to duplex units. Additionally, there will be at least one quadruplex unit available for interested buyers. Amenities at 262 Fifth Avenue will include a pool, gym, and outdoor area located on the fourth floor. Situated at the corner of Fifth Avenue and West 29th Street, this prime location offers convenient access to all that the bustling neighborhood of NoMad has to offer.

Yesterday Minrav Development announced sales launched for a new 100-unit condominium in Manhattan named VU, fully unveiling the development for the first time. Paris Forino designed the interiors to compliment panoramic views of New York City along with amenity spaces.
