262 Fifth Avenue will feature 26 luxury residences. The design of the tower incorporates "shelf-like" apartments that provide open floor plans and unparalleled views of the Manhattan skyline. The residences will range in size from full-floor apartments to duplex units. Additionally, there will be at least one quadruplex unit available for interested buyers. Amenities at 262 Fifth Avenue will include a pool, gym, and outdoor area located on the fourth floor. Situated at the corner of Fifth Avenue and West 29th Street, this prime location offers convenient access to all that the bustling neighborhood of NoMad has to offer.

VU Condo Development Launches Sales, Designed By Paris Forino And SLCE Architects

Yesterday Minrav Development announced sales launched for a new 100-unit condominium in Manhattan named VU, fully unveiling the development for the first time. Paris Forino designed the interiors to compliment panoramic views of New York City along with amenity spaces. SLCE Architects designed the exterior architecture which is about 145,000 sq.ft. and designed to meet LEED certification.

Nomad’s Rose Hill Partners With NYC Icon Strand Books

Rockefeller Group has partnered with iconic book retailer Strand Books, a fellow historic New York City institution, at Rose Hill. Rose Hill is the developer’s first residential condominium located at 30 East 29th Street in NoMad. Strand Books was founded in 1927 and is famous for its signature red awning that has been serving book lovers and tourists from around the world for generations located on Broadway and 12th street.

Rockefeller Group recently announced that closings have commenced at Rose Hill, the firm’s first NYC condo tower. Rose Hill is an art deco-inspired residential tower that is over 600 feet tall with panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline. The 45-story tower features 123 residences located at 30 East 29th Street, between Park Avenue South and Madison Avenue. Architecture and interior design is by CentraRuddy.
