Five Points Development Gearing Up To Launch Sales at 262 Fifth Avenue This Spring

January 14, 2025

Five Points Development Group is gearing up to launch sales for 262 Fifth Avenue, a stunning 56-story residential skyscraper located in NoMad, Manhattan. Designed by Meganom with SLCE Architects as the executive architect, this impressive structure stands at 860 feet tall and construction reached its topping out milestone in early 2024.

262 Fifth Avenue will feature 26 luxury residences. The design of the tower incorporates "shelf-like" apartments that provide open floor plans and unparalleled views of the Manhattan skyline. The residences will range in size from full-floor apartments to duplex units. Additionally, there will be at least one quadruplex unit available for interested buyers. Amenities at 262 Fifth Avenue will include a pool, gym, and outdoor area located on the fourth floor. Situated at the corner of Fifth Avenue and West 29th Street, this prime location offers convenient access to all that the bustling neighborhood of NoMad has to offer.
