Nortco Development's Issac & Stern Architects-Designed Eleven Hancock Place Reveals New Renderings In Harlem

Nortco Development has unveiled new renderings of their Issac & Stern Architects-Designed Eleven Hancock Place. Located in Harlem between Morningside Avenue and 124th Street, the mixed-use project will feature 130,000 SF of total development offering both retail targeting big-box retailers and a residential portion offering condominiums. The building will rise 12-stories with 3-stories, 30,000 SF, of retail, with the residential units located above. Residential units will range from studios to 4-bedrooms floor-plans with interiors by Lemay + Escobar. Amenities will include a resident’s lounge, children’s playroom, pet spa, storage areas and 2 outdoor lounges with summer kitchens and cabanas. Sales for the condominiums are expected to launch in May 2019.
